Guelph Sports Medicine (GSM) was founded for assessment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in the Guelph and surrounding regions. Dr. Yeshale Chetty is the Medical Director of GSM and is leading the team in innovation and a high standard of care for our population. We understand that our current healthcare system is under strain and we are doing our part to improve access and elevate patient experience.

If you would like to be seen at Guelph Sports Medicine, it is required that you be referred by your physician or nurse practitioner. At this time we are not accepting WSIB or MVA cases. We also recommend referrals to Waterloo Wellington Rapid Access Clinic for Low Back Pain. All other appropriate referrals for acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain will be triaged and seen.
